6 cans Norrlands Guld beer
1 freezer
1 refrigerator
1 TV
1 bag peanuts

Place 1 can beer in freezer, the other 5 in refrigerator. Do something that takes about a half an hour. Remove can from freezer, open. Drink directly from can, no glass. Turn on TV and watch. After consuming 4 cans, open peanut bag and munch. Consume remaining beer.

Jon's Famous Red Beet Soup

5 - 6 fresh red beets
2 large carrots
1 large onion
500g chorizo sausage
1.5L beef or vegetable bullion
salt, pepper

Chop everything to 2 cm sticks, add bullion and boil for 30 min. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve with a blob of sour cream and parsley. Eat.

Shakshuka (had it in Israel)

4 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
1 red hot chili pepper chopped and seeded
6 tomatoes chopped
salt & pepper sprinkeled
olive oil or margarine dumped

In a large frying pan, saute onion. Chop tomatoes. Mix tomatoes, seeded pepper, onion, and garlic - cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes. Remove cover and break eggs over the surface. Cover and cook for about 3 or 4 minutes until eggs are set. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Variations: Add whatever the fuck you want.

1 bit laxfilé
1 stor bakad potatis per person
gräddfil
räkor eller kräftstjärtar
dill
citron
salt, peppar
Värm ugnen till 200 grader. Baka potatisen i ca 1.5 timme.
Stek laxen, salta och peppra.
Blanda gräddfilen med dill.

Skär ett kryss i potatisen. Häll på gräddfil och lägg på rikligt med räkor eller kräftstjärtar. Pressa citron över laxen. Ät och njut!

Herrhagsklyftor 4 pers

10 potatisar
50 g margarin
1 matsked paprikapulver
vitlökssalt

Värm ugnen till 250 grader. Skär potatisen i stora klyftor och lägg dem i en långpanna. Smält fettet och blanda i paprikapulvret. Pensla fettet på potatisen och rör om.
Stek i mitten av ugnen ca 40 minuter. Rör om en till två gånger. Efterkrydda med vitlökssalt eller salt. Den här potatisen blir helt otrolig god. Ät gärna med en fin köttbit och béarnaisesås.

Jon's Otroliga Räk Dipsås

stora räkor
2dl Ketchup
1 matsked citronjuice
1 matsked riven pepparot
tabasco
1 matsked riven lök
salt, peppar
1) Blanda allt i en skål. Kyl ner.
2) Doppa en stor räka i såsen och ät.
3) Goto punkt 2.

Jon & Christina's Vegetable Blast (Idea from Tunisia)

2 large carrots
2 sweet (paprika) peppers, red & orange
6 bite-size broccoli heads
6 tiny onions
100g margarine
1 tblsp paprika powder
cous cous
0.5 L beef or vegetable bullion

Chop carrots slightly diagonal, jap style. Clean peppers, divide each: 2 pieces, make sure you get all the white veiny shit out. Put all the vegetables in an oven safe cooking receptical large enough to house one layer of foodstuff. Melt margarine in saucepan and add paprika powder. Mix margarine with veggies evenly. Bake in oven ½ hour @ 250C, turn once. Serve in a bowl with cous cous (see instructions on box) on bottom, veggies on top. Pour over bullion. Salt and pepper to taste. Eat.
